After your order is placed a customers service rep will contact you to confirm and complete your order. Orders are not processed until payment is made. All orders ship 1 to 5 Business Days after being placed. Once order ships tracking number will be emailed.

24Hr Curb-Side Pickup (Atlanta Location) - Our pick up address is 2591 Piedmont Road Suite 1121, Atlanta, Ga. 30324 (NEXT TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE) 

All customer fields must be filled out to select the curbside option. All orders must be paid for in full before picking up. NO EXCEPTIONS. We only except Apple or Google Pay. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note - ORDERS ARE READY FOR PICKUP SOON AS PAYMENT IS MADE AND BASED ON INVENTORY ON HAND. ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.

Return Policy - NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT IS GIVEN. All items must be returned to us in their original packaging. We inspect all exchanges and reserve the right to deny returns for exchanges based on the returned condition. In special cases we do grant refunds. Please note: Once we issue refunds they can take up to 2-4 Business Days to reflect on your end. Depending on your banking institution this could be shorter/longer. 

Shipping - We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. Standard delivery times is 1-3 Business Days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our store. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. Also we are not held responsible for package delay once order leaves our center (Uncontrollable events ie. Weather, Package Holds, Incorrect Addresses etc.).

24Hour Salon Terms and Condition - $50 DEPOSIT is required to book any appointment. Deposit reserves your date/time and also goes toward your final service charge. Please arrive 10min before scheduled time. Walk-ins are welcome Friday thru Saturday from 12pm-5pm. All walk-ins are not guaranteed. Customers who book online are first priority. Then next available time will be allocated to walk-ins.

Salon hours are 24hrs/7days however, from 8pm to 9am all appointments must be booked at online at least 1-2 Hours before desired time and day. If your running late for your appointment we ask for a follow up call at least 30min before appointment time. If you are later than 20min for your appointment you must reschedule for another day and time. If you book online and do not show for your appointment your deposit is non refundable.

*No kids are allowed in salon unless being serviced*

If your booking a service along with a hair purchase please call to confirm your order and hair time. Please note some services may or may not include hair. Before any service is performed a 10-30min consultation will be held to ensure 100% satisfaction. Once hair has been purchased and installed no refunds are given. We inspect all exchanges and reserve the right to deny returns for exchanges based on the returned condition.
