How does it work? After your order is placed a CSR will contact you to confirm your order.
Can I pay with a Debit or Credit Card on Smartpay? Yes, Smartpay accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Do I have to open a Smartpay account to pay? No, no account is required. All payments are done via Apple/Android Pay mobile devices.
How soon will order ship after Smartpay? Orders ship 1-3 Business Days after funds have been collected.
How long does the hair last? With proper care Hair can last up to 4 years guaranteed.
What grade is your Hair? 10A
What color do the bundles come in? All of our extensions are color 1b Natural Brown. However since we sell virgin extensions some bundle are lighter/darker than others. For something on the lighter/darker end please specify in the order notes.
What products do you recommend for hair care? We recommend using all organic products on our hair. This is virgin hair so proper care must taken for hair longevity.
Can I dye your Hair? Yes, our hair can be dyed any color. We recommend a license professional for dye.
Does your Hair Shed? No shedding or tangling. We recommend extensions are installed by a licensed professional.
When can I pick up order In-Store? In-store pickup orders are ready for pickup 3-4 Business Days after orders are place. Ready for pickup notifications are sent when orders are ready for pickup.
Can someone else pick up my order In-store? Yes, once the order has been confirmed. Customers are allowed to let others pick up order on their behalf.
When do I get my tracking number? All tracking numbers are emailed over when order ships.
Can I get a refund? Once orders are placed no refunds are given only exchanges and store credit issued.
